Desmocollin-1: Lysates

Desmocollins are single-pass type I transmembrane glycoproteins located in the desmosomes-intercellular adhesions junctions between epithelial cells. Desmocollins belong to the the cadherin family of calcium-dependent adhesion molecules and may mediate differential adhesiveness between cells that express different isoforms. Desmocollin up- or down-regulation is associated with carcinogenesis and the cardiac arrhythmia disorder ARVC.
