DET1: Lysates

DET1, also known as DET1 homolog, consists of a 63.8 kDa and a 65.1 kDa isoform and is involved in the ubiquitination of target proteins as well as their consequent degradation. This protein is found in large quantities in the ovary and in small quantities in some lymphoid organs. There is currently no research with this protein and its effect on diseases. In antigen processing, immune system, and upiquitin mediated proteolysis pathways, the protein interacts with DDA1, DDB2, RFWD2, RBX1, and CUL4A.
