DPPII/QPP/DPP7: Lysates

As a serine exopeptidase that releases Xaa-Pro dipeptides from the N-terminus of proteins and peptides, DPPII/QPPDPP7 shares some substrate and cleavage specificity with the members of the DPPIV family. These enzymes have high potential for drug discovery. However, structurally DPPII is not a member of the DPPIV family, but belongs to a family that contains lysosomal Pro-X carboxypeptidase/prolylcarboxypeptidase/PRCP and thymus-specific serine peptidase/PRSS16.
