HIST1H2AH: Lysates
HIST1H2AH is 128 amino acids long, weighs approximately 14 kDa, and the gene codes for a part of a group of basic nuclear proteins called histones, which are responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Current studies are being done on several diseases and disorders including systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus erythematosus, x inactivation, riddle syndrome, and immunodeficiency. HIST1H2AH has also been shown to have interactions with KBTBD7, UBC, and SUPT16H in pathways such as the systemic lupus erythematosus pathway.
