IL-17RC: cDNA Clones

IL-17RC, also known as IL-17RL, is a 791 amino acid (aa) precursor that contains a 20 aa signal sequence, a 519 aa extracellular region, a 20 aa type I transmembrane segment, and a 232 aa cytoplasmic domain. There are nine potential N-linked glycosylation sites in the extracellular region and six potential phosphorylation sites in the cytoplasmic tail. In addition to the 791 aa form, four additional isoforms have been reported.
