NAGPA: Lysates

NAGPA (N-Acetylglucosamine-1-Phosphodiester Alpha-N-Acetylglucosaminidase) plays a role in the process of lysosmal biogenesis as well as removes a covering N-acetylglucosamine from the mannose-6-phosphate recognition marker on lysosomal acid hydrolases. NAGPA is known to have interactions with FURIN, AP2A1, EPS15, DEGS1 and ZHX2. NAGPA has been studied in relation to mucopolysaccharidosis.
