OAS2: Lysates

OAS2, also known as OAS (69 kDa), is one of three related proteins (along with OAS1 and OAS3) that catalyze the conversion of ATP into 2,5-linked adenosine oligomers with the general formula pppA(2,5A)n where n > 1. These proteins are induced by interferons, activated by double-stranded RNA, and are implicated in anti-viral immunity.
