PLAGL2: Proteins and Enzymes
PLAGL2, also known as Pleiomorphic Adenoma Gene-Like 2, is a zinc finger protein that has 496 amino acids and is approximately 55kDa. PLAGL2 activates transcription weakly and is possibly localized to the nucleus. Research on PLAGL2 has shown relationships to hypoxia, anemia, sickle cell disease, adenoma and emphysema. PLAGL2 has also been shown to have interactions with TIP60 and Prih2.
