SPARC-like 1/SPARCL1: Lysates
SPARC-L1 (Secreted Protein, Acidic and Rich in Cysteines-like 1), also known as Hevin, SC1 or MAST9, is a member of the SPARC family of extracellular glycoproteins. SPARC-L1 is a widely expressed protein with antiadhesive properties. It is thought to terminate neuronal migration by antagonizing adhesion, and promote extravasation in tonsil high endothelial venules by inducing endothelial cell dissociation. SPARC-L1 binds collagen and contributes to formation of dermal collagen fibrils.
