Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 5'-Nucleotidase/CD73 Antibody (102) [NBP2-89706] - Staining of NT5E-3 in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human NT5E-3 monoclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:60) at 4c overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green).
