Scientific Data Images for HA Tag Horseradish Peroxidase-conjugated Antibody
Detection of HA-tagged Proteins by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with N-terminal HA-tagged MICA and C-terminal HA-tagged LRRN5. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000-1:3000 dilution of Rabbit Anti-HA Tag Peptide HRP-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # HAM0601). Specific bands were detected for HA-tagged proteins at approximately 70 kDa and 77 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for HA Tag Horseradish Peroxidase-conjugated Antibody
