Scientific Data Images for Human beta-TrCP1/BTRC Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse beta-TrCP1/BTRC by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human beta-TrCP1/BTRC Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7675) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for beta-TrCP1/BTRC at approximately 62 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.beta‑TrCP1/BTRC in A172 Human Cell Line.
beta-TrCP1/BTRC was detected in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human beta-TrCP1/BTRC Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7675) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Detection of Human beta-TrCP1/BTRC by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, loaded at 0.5 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for beta-TrCP1/BTRC at approximately 84 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human beta-TrCP1/BTRC Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7675). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for Human beta-TrCP1/BTRC Antibody
