Detection of CCR9 in Human MOLT-4 cells by Flow Cytometry.
MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human CCR9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1791R, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG2AFlow Cytometry Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB003) followed by PE-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human CCR9 and eGFP was stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CCR9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1791R) or (B) Mouse IgG2Aisotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB003) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). CCR9 was detected in immersion fixed MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CCR9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1791R) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications for Human CCR9 Antibody
