Detection of ErbB2/Her2 in MCF-7 human cell line by Flow Cytometry.

MCF-7 human cell line was stained with Human Anti-Human ErbB2/Her2 (Research Grade Trastuzumab Biosimilar) Alexa Fluor® 488‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB9589G, filled histogram) or irrelevant antibody (open histogram). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

ErbB2/Her2 in SK-BR-3 Human Cell Line.

ErbB2/Her2 was detected in immersion fixed SK-BR-3 human breast cancer cell line using Human Anti-Human ErbB2/Her2 (Research Grade Trastuzumab Biosimilar) Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB9589G, green) at 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell membrane and cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.
