Scientific Data Images for Human Inhibin A Antibody
Detection of Human Inhibin A by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and OVCAR-3 human ovarian carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Inhibin A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8649) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for Inhibin A at approximately 48 & 53 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human Inhibin A Antibody
