Neutralization of Lymphotoxin alpha2/ beta1 Bioactivity by Human Lymphotoxin Antibody
Mouse Anti-Human Lymphotoxin Antibody Clone # 135125 (Catalog # MAB1370) neutralizes Recombinant Human Lymphotoxin alpha2/ beta1 (679-TX) induced cytotoxicity in the L-929 mouse fibroblast cell line in the presence of actinomycin D. The ND50 for this effect is typically 0.150-3.00 µg/mL.Applications for Human Lymphotoxin Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Neutralization
Measured by its ability to neutralize Lymphotoxin alpha2/ beta1induced cytotoxicity in the L929 mouse fibroblast cell line. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.150 - 3.00 µg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL Recombinant Human Lymphotoxin alpha2/ beta1and actinomycin D.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
