Detection of Human Nope/IGDCC4 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human uterus tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human Nope/IGDCC4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10345) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Nope at approximately 150 kDa (as indicated).
