Detection of Human Numb by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, and U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Numb Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4338) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Numb at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Numb in RT-4 Human Cell Line.
Numb was detected in immersion fixed RT-4 human urinary bladder transitional cell papilloma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human Numb Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4338) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
