Scientific Data Images for Human Progesterone R B/NR3C3 Antibody
Detection of Human Progesterone R B/NR3C3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of T47D human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Progesterone R B/NR3C3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5886) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Progesterone R B/NR3C3 at approximately 118 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.Progesterone R B/NR3C3 in T47D Human Cell Line.
Progesterone R B/NR3C3 was detected in immersion fixed T47D human breast cancer cell line using Mouse Anti-Human Progesterone R B/NR3C3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5886) at 3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. Progesterone R B/NR3C3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate cancer tissue using Mouse Anti-Human Progesterone R B/NR3C3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5886) at 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
