Detection of Human SF-1/NR5A1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human adrenal gland and human spleen. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human SF-1/NR5A1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB107241) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for SF-1/NR5A1 at approximately 52 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.
SF-1/NR5A1 in HepG2 Human Cell Line.
SF-1/NR5A1 was detected in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (positive staining) and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (negative control) using Mouse Anti-Human SF-1/NR5A1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB107241) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell nuclei.
