Detection of Human Skp2 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Skp2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6817) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF007). Specific bands were detected for Skp2 at approximately 45 and 48 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Human Skp2 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cells, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Skp2 at approximately 49 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Skp2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6817).
