Product Specifications
Immunogen
The antibody was developed by immunizing Rabbit with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 399-411 (DLDDFSKQLQQSM-C) from the N (SARS Nucleocapsid) for the Human SARS coronavirus (Genbank accession no. YP_009724397.2)
Reactivity Notes
Use in SARS-CoV-2 reported in scientific literature (PMID:33807059).
Specificity
Dot Blot results using recombinant proteins for cross-reactivity testing revealed high reactivity to SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein (NBP2-90975) and low/no reactivity towards H1N1 (NBP1-99041). No cross-reactivity observed with influenza A(H1N1) virus, influenza B virus, respiratory syncytial virus, parainfluenza virus type 3, human coronavirus (HCoV) 229E, or MERS-CoV in PCR-confirmed tissue samples .

IgG
Description
CoraFluor(TM) 1 is a high performance terbium-based TR-FRET (Time-Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) or TRF (Time-Resolved Fluorescence) donor for high throughput assay development. CoraFluor(IM) 1 absorbs UV light at approximately 340 nm, and emits at approximately 490 nm, 545 nm, 585 nm and 620 nm. It is compatible with common acceptor dyes that absorb at the emission wavelengths of CoraFluor(TM) 1. CoraFluor(TM) 1 can be used for the development of robust and scalable TR-FRET binding assays such as target engagement, ternary complex, protein-protein interaction and protein quantification assays.
