Product Summary for Human PDGF-BB Quantikine ELISA Kit
The Quantikine Human PDGF-BB Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure human PDGF-BB in cell culture supernates, serum, or plasma. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant human PDGF-BB and has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural human PDGF-BB showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human PDGF-BB.

Linearity
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples containing or spiked with high concentrations of PDGF-BB were diluted with the appropriate Calibrator Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
