CoraFluor™ 2, Haloalkane is a cell permeable terbium-based time-resolved Förster resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) donor for live cell TR-FRET assay development, such as target engagement and ternary complex assays. CoraFluor™ 2, Haloalkane is designed with a chloroalkane ligand for reactivity with haloalkane dehalogenase labeled proteins. CoraFluor™ 2, Haloalkane can be used in live cell intracellular TR-FRET assays. It is exceptionally bright, providing unmatched assay sensitivity and stability in biological media over other commercially available TR-FRET donors. CoraFluor™ 2, Haloalkane displays red shifted excitation and is excitable by both 365 nm and 405 nm lasers. It is compatible with common acceptor dyes such as FAM/FITC, AF488, GFP, mCherry, TMR and Cyanine 5, SE (Cat. No. 5436), enabling seamless assay integration in high throughput screening applications.
CoraFluor™ 1, Haloalkane, CoraFluor™ 1, thiol reactive, CoraFluor™ 1, amine reactive and CoraFluor™ 2, amine reactive also available.
