Biological Activity for KT 5720

KT 5720 is a potent, selective inhibitor of protein kinase A (K_i = 60 nM). Has no effect on PKG or PKC (K_i > 2 μM). Reversibly arrests human skin fibroblasts in the G₁ phase.
