TC-N 1752 is a human Na_V channel inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 0.17, 0.3, 0.4, 1.1 and 1.6 μM at hNa_V1.7, hNa_V1.3, hNa_V1.4, hNa_V1.5 and hNa_v1.9 respectively). Also inhibits tetrodotoxin-sensitive sodium channels. Displays analgesic efficacy in the formalin pain model.
