ER Markers
The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is an organelle of interconnected tubules, vesicles and cisternae. Its specific functions involve protein translation and folding, transport of proteins to the cell membrane, secretion of cellular proteins, sequestration of calcium and production and storage of macromolecules.
