Lung Cancer Research Products

Research into the causes of lung cancer has focused on the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes, activation of oncogenes, and/or stimulation of growth factors. Many tumor suppressor genes are involved in the development and progression of lung cancer. In addition, gene rearrangements (ROS1RET) and gene fusions (EML4-ALKCD74-NRG1) are important targets of therapy in a subset of lung cancer patients. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has been extensively studied as a major driver of lung cancer tumor development and metastasis. VEGF is often overexpressed as lung cancers progress, strongly associated with increased microvessel density, and linked to decreased survival.

Bio-Techne offers a large selection of lung cancer-related antibodies, proteins and inhibitors for a wide-range of tumor suppressors, oncogenes, gene rearrangement targets, and/or growth factors
