GPRASP2: Lysates

GPRASP2 (G-protein coupled receptor-associated sorting protein 2), also called GASP-2, is an approximately 94 kDa cytosolic protein of the GPRASP family of receptor sorting proteins. Genes for this family are clustered on the X chromosome. Like GPRASP1, GPRASP2 binds the C-terminal cytoplasmic region of G-protein coupled receptors such as the muscarinic receptor M1 (CHRM1) and the calcitonin receptor (CALCR). It has also been shown to interact with the Huntingtin protein.
