HIST1H2AA: Lysates

HIST1H2AA is 131 amino acids long, weighs approximately 14 kDa, and the gene codes for a part of a group of basic nuclear proteins called histones, which are responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Current studies are being done on several diseases and disorders including systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus erythematosus, riddle syndrome, and immunodeficiency. HIST1H2AA has also been shown to have interactions with BRD7, UBC, RAD18, DOT1L, and TFAP2B in pathways such as the chromatin regulation and acetylation and systemic lupus erythematosus pathways.
