MALT1: Small Molecules and Peptides

Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1 (MALT1) is an intracellular adaptor protein that forms a complex with Bcl10 and CARMA-1. The caspase-like domain of MALT1 cleaves Bcl10 and the NF-kappa B inhibitor A20 resulting in NF-kappa B activation following signal transduction from cell surface ITAM-containing receptors including the T cell and B cell antigen receptors.
