SLP-76/LCP2: Lysates

SLP-76 is a tyrosine phosphorylated intracellular docking protein with a single SH2 recognition domain. It is expressed in T cells, platelets, neutrophils, NK and mast cells, and is required for progression of T cells to double positive stage in the thymus. Tyrosine phosphorylation is required for interaction with the signaling proteins VAV, NCK and ITK.
