Specificity
Detects canine CCL5/RANTES in direct ELISAs. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant CCL5/RANTES from cat, cotton rat, mouse, or human is observed. No cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CCL7/MARC, rmCCL17/TARC, recombinant human (rh) CCL18/PARC, or rhCCL17/TARC is observed.

CCL5/RANTES in Canine PBMCs.
CCL5/RANTES was detected in immersion fixed canine peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) treated with calcium ionomycin and PMA using Canine CCL5/RANTES Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB60451) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
