Scientific Data Images for His Tag Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Antibody

Detection of His Tag in HEK293 cell line transfected with His-tagged protein cells by Flow Cytometry.

HEK293 cell line transfected with His-tagged protein cells were stained with Mouse Anti-His Tag Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC050G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004). View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.
