Detection of 5-HT2B in Rat Brain Cerebellum.
5-HT2B was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of Rat Brain Cerebellum using Rabbit Anti-Human 5-HT2B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11297) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
