beta-Catenin Products

This multifunctional protein is also implicated in the canonical Wnt signal transduction pathway, acting as a transcriptional co-activator. Nuclear beta-Catenin activates the TCF/LEF family of transcription factors, inducing the transcription of pro-mitotic genes.
