HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either human Fc Chimera (filled histogram) or irrelevant transfectants (open histogram) was stained with Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB110B), followed by Streptavidin-Allophycocyanin (F0050).
